Prerequisite:
| Online E-training of Intro to Crane Care Parts OR (1) year of Grove Crane Parts experience. |
| Content: | The National Boom Truck Parts course allows distributor parts personnel to become more familiar with the National crane models. Topics covered during the course include terminology and technology, model designations, and proper use of National parts manuals and the National online systems.
The course begins with a walk through the history of the National organization. Special emphasis is placed on National Terminology and Technology to ensure all attendees are using the correct terminology as it pertains to National parts.
Attendees will receive instruction on proper use of National parts manuals and locating National parts on the Grove CAPX system and National Parts ExPress system. Students will complete parts search exercises in the classroom using National parts manuals and the National online systems. |
| Objectives: | Upon course completion the student will be able to more effectively:
